Is there a Proficy token?

No, and there never has been. Anything calling itself $PROFICY is somebody else’s token and nothing to do with us.

Is it free?

Yes, entirely. No premium tier, no scan limit, no paywalled command. Projects pay to advertise on it; that is the whole model.

Is Proficy a trading bot?

No. It never touches your funds, never asks for a key and cannot execute a trade. The trading links on a scan card hand you to partners who do that. Proficy reads, it does not sign.

A command is not working in my group

Almost always one of three things:

• The bot is not an administrator. Ephemeral messages (the call prompt, poker hole cards) are impossible without it. This is a Telegram restriction, not a choice.
• Privacy mode. In some group configurations Telegram only forwards messages that start with a command, so a bare contract address never reaches the bot. Admin fixes this too.
• The chain is not covered in depth. A card on one of the smaller chains is shorter by design. See where the full stack runs.

What do you store?

Scans: which token, in which chat, at what price. That is what makes /trending, /flexstats, the calls leaderboard and the first-scan credit possible. Proficy has no wallet access, asks for no personal information, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Who runs it?

Jerry, since 2022. Reachable directly at @JerrySeinfeId. The same person who writes the code answers the messages.
